The desk-top publishing came as revolutionary techniques a few years ago to finish the finished artists. Tomorrow, there may not be the need for them in any of the ad agencies.
After word processing, DTP is one of the most extensively used computer application in the world. In fact, word processing and DTP move hand in hand. The chosen matter can be wrapped up. All this was done manually by cut and paste artist. The artwork in offset had to be photographed before plate making. A positive was developed from photographed artwork of Johnson Bros. The DTP eliminates this.
