I have found many things about the Manufacturer But not this Pembroke piece
It exactly reads(on the back)

As you probably have already deduced, Pembroke is the name of the inn or lodge..and quite possibly isn't even around anymore.
Those old places aren't going to turn up on the internet ~ you really should visit the Public Library instead and search indexes of historical British inns.
